Chelsea Cultural Council
The Chelsea Cultural Council invites local organizations and individuals to apply for grants for cultural activities in the community. Applications for financial support for the city wide artistic and cultural activities shall be submitted to the CCC no later then Oct. 14, 2009. Applications are available on the website.
